Because knowledge is the one thing that gains value the more it is used, the entire textbook is available as a free PDF and ePub file. The PDF is about 57 MB and the ePub is about 25 MB, so if you connection is slow, find a more interesting website to surf while they download. Also, the book is produced without any corporate or pharmaceutical funding. The means that we don’t have a lot of resources for generating versions with a lot of functionality–these files are basic and non-flowing.
